Summer & the end

I'm back in San Diego which means my adventures in Barcelona have come to an end. I've closed an important chapter in my life and completed a long term goal that I set for myself as a freshman in high school, six years ago.

Being back in San Diego has been nice but not wonderful. Things are just different I suppose. No, I'm not going through reverse culture shock...although I miss Spanish coffee horribly.

Today was great. I've spent a low key morning sitting in the front yard with Minerva, gardening, driving on freeways with Andy, and loving my new road bike that bought today. It's an early birthday present.
