Today we had our first real snow. Elaina Linde and I took full advantage of it and went out adventuring. It was so beautiful. I think winter can be so pretty. We got back tired and happy and made some hot cocoa. YUM. Tonight we are making some more sugar cookies.

A Wonderful, Happy, and Delicious Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving break was amazing. I spent it with Walky and Emi and it was just about perfect. In fact it was everything a Thanksgiving break should be, fun, delicious, relaxing, giggly, and food filled. I'd like to rewind and do it all over again....

Something Sunny Prints
More print ideas/work
I drew these by hand, uploaded them into illustrator, and digitally colored and manipulated the images :)

Greeting Cards
I decided to try my hand at making greeting, thank you cards, and prints through Something Sunny. I thought it could be a low cost alternative to a frame but still show off that bright carefree beach feel that I've worked so hard to create. Here is the beginning of my work :)

Halllloweeen!
So you may be thinking...WOW TWO POSTS IN ONE DAY?! Isn't this getting excessive?
But, you see I have a Spanish paper I should be writing....ahhhhhh suddenly it all makes sense.
Halloween this year was awesome. I dressed in full ninja garb and spent most of the night running around outside, fighting/hitting people with my sword, hiding behind trees, and throwing poorly aimed ninja stars. Which basically equals best night ever.
Check out my awesome friends and their equally awesome costumes:

1000 Steps
We hiked 1,000 steps yesterday. It's an old mining trail that was built in the 1930s and it winds, 1000 stone steps high, up the mountain side. As per usual it was a beautiful day and the view and company was fantastic.
